Cyrano's

Cyrano’s Restaurant boasts it is “Jersey’s first seafood and fusion restaurant.” It is certainly one of the few restaurants on the Island that knows how it should be done...



In brief

A smart and tastefully decorated restaurant with only 30 covers, this is the
perfect place for a business lunch to impress or somewhere different for a memorable dinning experience.

Though there are dishes for committed vegetarians and meat eaters, this restaurant is about seafood, excellent, fresh seafood. Perfectly balanced and presented dishes draw on high quality local seafood ingredients and combine them with style, imagination and skill.

In an Island with more than it’s fair share of seafood restaurants Cyrano’s is one of the best!

To whet your appetite we have listed some sample dishes from our most recent visit. The menu changes on a monthly basis.

Appetisers
We recommend choosing the watercress soup with fresh crab and coriander or the piced crumbled sardines with rocket/apple salad and crème freche.

Main courses
Cod steamed in banana leaf with black sticky rice & coriander cake in lemon sauce goes head-to-head with seared tuna with potato, leek & feta tart with salsa rossa – hard to decide, both are winners!!!
